I’ve given up a long time ago but stayed with the guild because I dunno. We will then go after hardcore mode and once we’re all comfortable with that, we need to form a dedicated 5man team. Then when everyone is very familiar with the run, we aim to complete normal mode in. The current plan is to get people geared enough to run rdn normal comfortably. (which i don’t mind, honestly, who you fuck or want to fuck is none of my business) We have a handful of members, some are from the old guild but most are friendlies who don’t mind the harsh language and can comfortably joke among themselves about their questionable sexual orientations. And also I require certain a healthy amount of reading and comprehension skills. We do not require members to have legendaries and stuff, we require them to have the skills, the moves, and the attitude to clear the goddam dungeons. We go in dungeons with “just enough” gear to clear it. Gear is important and can help but that doesn’t mean we go in dungeons severely undergeared. Both because I loved the Deadpool Movie so so much, and because I believe in skill over gear. I got to choose a name I believe in and well. Its been a week since I left and formed a guild of my own. It’s still too early to judge so, I will wait. I don’t know his plans but if he can get more active people to play in the guild and recruit quality members, why not. I’ve agreed to help jay when he goes back to leading the guild but there’s really not much help I can give to a ship that’s halfway sunk already. As for me, I’m sticking to my guild even if I have to be alone here, I really like the name and what it stands for. A lot have jumped ship already and moved on to bigger/more organized guilds with proper leaders. While I admit, not all of them are like that, but still, the majority is and I’m more than disappointed. The guys left there are half-baked bastards who just drain other people of energy and resources without giving back. Its the severe lack of direction that bugs me and the zero amount of effort from the guild master to motivate his people. On other news, I was approached by one of my old guildies and he informed me of the guild’s plans to give the guild leadership back to him. I’m not sure if I’m ready for that yet, maybe I am, who knows. This will be a whole lot tougher once we have more than 20 members. Its still doable and kinda easy right now because we have very few members and don’t have to spread our runs to accommodate them all, we have 1-2 teams that run 4man nests with great ease. Get my people “good enough” gears to comfortably run nests and raids. It would be easier to farm once we get to level 30 and have pledge sets to offer potential members. Its not that great and we don’t have buffs yet, but once we gain notoriety/fame/infamy and gather more members, it would be easier to farm points needed to level the guild up faster and buy buffs. Thanks to all their hard work and effort, the guild is now level 10. The runs are fast and smooth because all of them are pretty strong anyway and has decent gear now. Most, if not all my members have completed their basic nests and were able to farm meager drops but still better than nothing. Maybe because this one is pretty much in its infancy and all we do is limit nests and stuff, which I’m happy to say MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. Oddly enough, I’m not as mad as I was on the previous guild. For some silly reason, there were very few people online last saturday night and we couldn’t do practice runs.
